These terms apply to quotations and cleaning services supplied by Imperial London Cleaning Services.

Quotations and bookings
A quotation is based on the information you provide, including property size, condition, postcode and required tasks. A booking is confirmed only when the scope, price, date, access arrangements and any special requirements are agreed.

Customer responsibilities
Please provide accurate information, safe access, working utilities where required and notice of hazards, delicate items or restricted areas. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires further agreement.

Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation charge or non-refundable cost will apply only where it was clearly agreed before confirmation.

Service and payment
We will carry out the agreed cleaning with reasonable care and skill. If you believe agreed work was missed, contact us promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and, where appropriate, correct it. Payment terms and methods are those stated in the accepted quotation or booking confirmation.

Liability and law
Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
